Kodak is Out of the Camera Business

An extension of already bad news, I suppose, but Reuters is now reporting that Eastman Kodak Company is planning to stop production of all cameras – still and video – as well as digital picture frames. The company that put cameras in the hands of the masses … it’s just sad, really.

It’s Never Just One …

The Sacramento Bee has fired photojournalist Bryan Patrick. Patrick was suspended last week after allegations of photo manipulations were brought to the publication’s attention and, according to their note to readers, an investigation found multiple instances of image tampering.
