Rogers, who claims to have a passion for photography, has been offering to digitize news photo collections and add in all the metadata in exchange for the physical prints. News organizations get the digital files back...

Photographic Milestones at National Geographic

Over on the National Geographic site, they’ve put up a gallery of photographic milestones from the magazine. There are a couple of segments (wildlife, space, underwater, etc.), but the main gallery – with the below image of a photographer washing his film in seawater – is the most interesting to me.
