What Did You Do for Labor Day?

I, apparently, was a lazy sloth … because, as Michael Koretzky writes on his blog Journoterrorist, he helped lead a journalism workshop inside a homeless shelter down in Florida. Yep. Twenty students from around the country came to town and spent 36 hours inside a homeless shelter, reporting, shooting, writing and designing a 20 page edition of the Homeless Voice....

Not so much about credibility as credentials (though those things are more closely tied together than you’d expect). The National Press Photographers Association has posted on how to get media credentials. Good info there, I get lots of questions on this from students and folks just starting out.
