Tulsa World Publishes Graphic, Contributed Photo

The Poynter Institute’s Andrew Beaujon has the story behind the Tulsa World’s decision to publish a graphic image of a shooting outside of the Tulsa County Court House. The image was made by an employee of the Tulsa City-County Library who said he preferred to shoot nature scenes.
