NPR Photography … Before NPR Existed

NPR has posted a set of images it received from a Toronto shop which has a mid-century Crown Graphic with “NPR NY” etched into it. The owner, Al Suke, contacted NPR to ask if it was theirs.

Problem is, NPR didn’t launch until 1970. And probably didn’t start shooting photos until a quarter century later.
