Luck Is the Residue of Hard Work

The Boston Herald has a piece up looking at the work of Stanley Forman. Forman won two Pulitzer Prizes in the 1970s and in the video he talks about one of them.

“You can be good,” Stanley said, “but if you’re not lucky, it ain’t gonna happen. And luck, as Leo Durocher once said, is the residue of hard work.”
