On Failing and Invoicing

I’ve been delinquent in reading my RSS feeds, but in digging through FreelanceSwitch I came up with two things that need to be shared.

First is a list of 10 Reasons Your Freelance Career is Failing by James Clear. So many of us are heading in this direction (if we’re not already there) that it’s a good checklist to look at and make sure you’re not heading towards failure.

And I guess I never thought much about this, but Thursday Bram has a post up on what belongs on your invoice. Only thing I would add is a statement about late fees or early payment discounts.
