Photos of Martin Luther King, Jr, Killer Found

Spotted this in the local paper this morning (though the main story is from the Memphis Commercial Appeal which must be getting a lot of traffic today as their site won’t load) … Shelby County, Tennessee, officials found a cache of lost photos of James Earl Ray, the man who shot and killed Martin Luther King, Jr., in Memphis 43 years ago. The photos were made inside the police station as he was being processed.

If you scroll down to the bottom of the bottom of the story, there’s a link to a small gallery of the images. Very interesting that these exist and that they were lost for so long.
