One Moment in May

The New York Times is … well … crowd sourcing a photo story. Yep, on May 2, at 11 a.m. local (to them) time, they’re asking people to shoot a photo of their world and send it in.

One side of me thinks this is pretty crass – the Times looking for free content – and the other side of me thinks this is pretty cool – from a sociological and historical perspective.
