What’s in Your Trunk?

My students laugh at all of the things I tell them I used to carry around in the back of my car. They laugh enough to mock me, openly, on a regular basis.

And then they go get an internship or job and send me a note saying they just bought one of those ridiculous things because they needed it and didn’t have it … those messages bring a little smile to my face, I will admit.

An old friend, Dan Gould, put together a post on what he and his colleagues hall around in the back of their cars as they cover the Worcester, Mass., area for the Telegram and Gazette.

Always willing to admit when I’ve been one-upped: Rick Sinlair carries snowshoes.
