Oakland Becoming Unsafe for Journalists

Carol Pogash at The New York Times has a story up on the increasing number of robberies targeting working journalists.

This is a scary trend, and oddly focused just on the Oakland area. It’s sad when photojournalists report their solution is to shoot faster and not stay in an area for more than five minutes. Sad, but probably safe.
