The Passing of Harlow Cagwin

There are few stories that touch my students as deeply as the one Scott Strazzante worked on for more than a decade. It happened months ago, but today that I learned Harlow Cagwin passed this year.

I never met Mr. Cagwin, and I’ve only had chance conversations with Mr. Strazzante, but I’ve shown Common Ground in my class dozens of times to teach how you tell a story, how you connect subject and audience. How you let people tell their own, important stories.
