Bad ‘Shop or Bad Stitch?

Michael Zhang at PetaPixel takes a look at a photo from the Gov. Mitt Romney campaign that has gone horribly wrong. It is possible it’s the worst case of Photoshopping ever, but I’ll lean towards it being a really poor in-camera panorama stitch job.

Either way, how did this get released?
