ACLU Sues Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department
The Los Angeles Times is reporting that the American Civil Liberties Union has filed a law suit against the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department claiming that the department’s deputies have repeatedly subject photographers, “to detention, search and interrogation simply because they took pictures.”
