Front Pages Today

You’ve heard the news, I’m sure, by now.

Julie Moos over at the Poynter Institute has pulled together 20 front pages from newspapers around the country. It’s an interesting study of how different publications played the news with photos and, particularly, headlines.

The Newseum in Washington, D.C., runs the front pages of several hundred newspapers every day, but as of this posting their web servers have been overloaded. Hopefully they’ll get them back up soon.

UPDATE: As of 9:45 a.m., the Newsuem page is back up … but running very slow.
