Journalists Under Attack

There are a lot of stories out there the last few days looking at the issues journalists are facing in Egypt. This morning, put together one that sums up what’s been going on.

By my count, at least three dozen journalists have been arrested, detained, attacked or harassed during this incident. And, as Kelly McBride of Poynter says in the story, “the point of silencing a journalist is to pull the curtain over what’s happening.”

Keep our colleagues in your thoughts the next few days.
