Over at A Photo Editor, Crai Oppenheimer is talking about when and hot to negotiate flat-fee assignment contracts. One of the cool parts is he has included a couple of contracts to look at and talks about when flat-fee contracts (meaning contracts that don’t split out expenses from creative and licensing fees).
