One of my students, Rachel Eubanks, sent me an email this morning with a link to this short video about a Sixth Star Award for an Uber driver. It’s a simple piece, not really journalism, but it was Ms. Eubanks’ comment that resonated: Just reminded me that stories are everywhere…even in business. And no matter what, they revolve around people....

Texas Bill Bars Photographing Police From Within 25 Feet

If you’re carrying a gun, you need to be 100 feet away from a police officer before you can make a photo of them in a bill sponsored by one Jason Villalba.
