Colorado Copyright Question Cleared Up

Colorado University has come clean and said it does not hold the copyright to the now-famous image of a bear falling from a tree shot by student Andy Duann. Good, though I’m saddened to see Duann isn’t going to pursue payment for use of the image by other media outlets.
