This certainly isn’t complete, but here are some things I’ve tagged to go back to from other SXSW Interactive attendees …
- Daniel Spillers looks at not listening to your customers as a path to innovation and success. “Never ask people what they think of your product or idea.” (Reminds me of the Henry Ford comment about if he had asked people what they wanted they would have said a faster horse.)
- Victor Hernandex from CNN on how Google’s Marissa Mayer says location is everything.
- Damon Kiesow from the Poynter Institute on 7 Steps to Building Trust and Credibility. (And I don’t even think he was here … how did he do that?)
Will pull more as I find them. Last day of sessions, two part flight to get to Atlanta around midnight, and then a 90 minute drive home … where the dog will probably bark at me since I’ve been gone so long.
