How Committed Are You?

The question comes up from students – when do you not shoot and help? Answering that is hard, so I use my most common answer – it depends.

They hate that.

But, for the record, I do know that I would stop shooting if cheetahs were attacking my wife. Apparently, not everyone would make the same decision.
