NPPA Scholarships for Photojournalism

The National Press Photographers Foundation Inc. will award seven $2,000
scholarships in 2010 including the new Jimi Lott Scholarship.

What’s new:

— We have added a new $2,000 scholarship in the memory of Jimi Lott of the
Seattle Times.
— We will award a total of $14,000 (seven $2,000 scholarships) in 2010.
— The application process is all digital and streamlined.  Undergrads can
make one application for five scholarships.  Grad students can make one
application for three scholarships.
— NPPF has a new website with a downloadable application form —
www.nppf.org
— Pictures entered in NPPA Best of Photojournalism or CPOYi can be entered
without modification.
— Deadline for applications is March 1, 2010.

date and should not be used.
