What’s News?

Hyperlocal blog post here … at 4 p.m. today, Monday, October 24, I’ll be participating in a panel discussion titled What’s News to Students? We’ll be in the Miller Learning Center on the University of Georgia Campus, room 248.

My colleague from Grady, Prof. Horace Newcomb, will moderate the panel which will also include Prof. Steve Smith, the Athens Banner-Herald’s Andrea Griffith and the Red and Black’s Julia Carpenter. This is sponsored by the Willson Center for the Humanities and Arts and the Peabody Awards.
